Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

Please note we no longer accept cheques.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Where the customer cancels an order before the item is dispatched, due to them not reading the applicable terms and conditions a charge will be made to cover our payment processing costs.

Standard Delivery - Salon uniforms £6.95+VAT for 1 - 3 items. £8.95+VAT for 4 items and over.

UK Next Working Day Delivery. Mon - Fri - Salon uniforms £9.95+VAT per order.
Any orders that require Next Working Day Delivery must be placed before 3.30pm

For postcode areas areas BT, IV, KW, ZE, HS, KA27-28, PH19-44, PA20-88, Isle of Wight, Channel Isles and Isles of Scilly please call before ordering for shipping costs.

Please note - customers in BELFAST - although a faster delivery service, next day delivery to BELFAST is not guaranteed.

USA and Australia - Purchase is restricted to salon uniforms only and limited to 3 garments per transaction (buy one get one free are doubled at checkout). Standard delivery to USA and Australia £25.00

Please note a signature will be required to on reciept of delivery. Upon delivery of your order please ensure your package is free from damage. If the packaging or goods are damaged in any way please state so on the couriers delivery note. If you are unable to open the damaged package in the presence of the courier please sign for it as “Damaged package; goods not yet inspected” Please retain all relevant documentation and contact us as soon as possible by email or telephone.

Please do NOT return damaged goods, unless and until requested to do so as this may incur additional costs.

Delivery Schedule We will normally send your order to you within 48 hours. Please note a signature will be required to on reciept of delivery.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free.

Credit Card Security Customers are transferred to our 'Worldpay' secure transaction facility for processing which displayes the 'golden padlock'. Your card details are taken on the 'Worldpay' secure server making your online transaction completely secure.

Guarantee We guarantee your satisfaction. If you are unhappy with your purchase please return it to us in the original condition for a full refund, within 7 days from date of receipt. We regret carraige cannot be reimbursed.

Returns Policy Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm

All goods must be returned within 7 working days, postage paid. These items must be in the condition they were sent. "Fit for resale" includes unworn, unwashed, undamaged and free from make up marks etc..

In the event of your items being found to be damaged you must write to us within 5 days of reciept. And send in all correspondence by recorded delivery.

Goods received outside the given returns period maybe accepted for refund subject to a 25% deduction at the company's discretion.

In the unlikely event of a full refund being required a £5.00 administration charge will be levied.

Please allow 30 days for refund.
